star forward Dany Heatley will be indicted by authorities from the state of Georgia, for his role in the car crash that killed teammate Dan Snyder last September. The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported on Friday that the Fulton County district attorney's office told the Snyder family that it intended to seek an indictment against Heatley. A grand jury is expected to put forth this indictment early this week. Exact details of the indictment are unknown, but according to the original report the most serious charge Heatley could face is felony vehicular homicide, which carries up to 15 years in prison. Heatley is currently training in Calgary for the upcoming World Hockey Championships.
